Following the acquisition of the Yoplait and Liberté brands by the Sodiaal Cooperative, Yoplait Liberté Canada became a standalone organization while continuing to operate at full speed in Canada’s highly competitive grocery market. Throughout that transformation, the Human Resources and Communications team worked alongside leaders across the business to ensure employees remained informed, supported and engaged every step of the way.
From protecting what mattered most to employees to building a new communication ecosystem, launching a shared culture, investing in flexible workplaces and creating opportunities for employees to shape the future organization, the initiative was built around one guiding principle: our people would remain at the center of every decision.
