During a period of profound transformation — as Yoplait Liberté Canada transitioned from General Mills to Sodiaal while operating with constrained capabilities — Lauren did not simply protect the business; she accelerated it. Over the past year, Lauren played a defining role in strengthening the company’s commercial foundation outside Quebec. She successfully integrated an inherited team from General Mills while recruiting and developing new talent to elevate organizational capabilities. While driving commercial acceleration, Lauren also led the transition into our brand-new Toronto office, a foundational milestone for our organization outside Quebec. She was actively involved from design through execution, contributing to workspace planning, logistics, and move coordination to ensure the space reflected our renewed identity and collaborative culture.

She is actively shaping the next generation of commercial talent within our organization by mentoring emerging leaders and modeling inclusive, empowering leadership. She creates opportunities for others to grow, elevates her team’s visibility with customers, and fosters cross-functional collaboration that strengthens industry partnerships.
